Responsibilities:) T q9 S# Y( Y& w$ k. k/ A1 J- x& C
1. Plan, design and implement lab test/evaluation per the request of Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and salesman, etc. analyze experiment result, submit professional report.
- y5 f0 ?, _' v3 _. H$ q2. Initiate and execute technical service projects to support market developing, be as project leader in stage-gate system to push project forward.
0 l. \" r' Q8 @; K3. Provide technical support to key Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and maintain close relationship with customers.5 s8 _: J$ `; A& H; |, g
4. Provide support and conduct technical training for sales team and clients as well." K6 g2 P+ c, v' [" ?. M3 {
5. Technical service via telephone and customers call log management.
* l9 D5 q2 }: e1 q6. Keep abreast of worldwide technical programs and collaborate on joint programs. + t$ j: G3 h2 m8 V% i
7. Team work with Manufacturing technical& QC to solve quality complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
9 T1 c; j4 ?+ h+ S4 E0 {8. Translate customer's/market needs and champion the Company's product modifications and new product development.

1. BS major in Chemical or polymer science with 3+ years.
; X8 ~1 B4 z9 E+ t+ v2. Adhesive, rubber relative technical working experiences are preferred.
( L: Z) X6 O8 a$ c% p7 W% U4 f! A6 v3. Good operation competence.
5 T4 N) x0 V' K, M7 ]* P8 G' L4. Good presentation skill and technical reporting capability.
( m* Q5 H0 A% ~5. Good verbal and written capability in English.
! L- k8 ?: y" L. E) Q& {" D! m) b6. Good computer application skill is a must.
