/ Z& N# a& y# NResponsibilities:
2 y* S/ \- F1 R7 r$ N1. Plan, design and implement lab test/evaluation per the request of Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and salesman, etc. analyze experiment result, submit professional report.
* p. U+ @: e* D2. Initiate and execute technical service projects to support market developing, be as project leader in stage-gate system to push project forward.
4 _: m( y3 R* k0 y1 J4 W1 A3 c3. Provide technical support to key Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and maintain close relationship with customers.
2 w3 r4 r, s; L" }4. Provide support and conduct technical training for sales team and clients as well.
8 n5 I8 Y' X% Q$ h: s6 g5. Technical service via telephone and customers call log management.
6. Keep abreast of worldwide technical programs and collaborate on joint programs.
5 D  f7 Z, w9 |1 U7. Team work with Manufacturing technical& QC to solve quality complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
8. Translate customer's/market needs and champion the Company's product modifications and new product development.

Requirements:
- W9 `: V0 f+ ~& o0 F$ u1. BS major in Chemical or polymer science with 3+ years.
2. Adhesive, rubber relative technical working experiences are preferred.
1 a& B& p; j2 Q3. Good operation competence.
  \4 Y, C1 K8 h/ V4. Good presentation skill and technical reporting capability.
5. Good verbal and written capability in English.
$ X$ T2 \# D. b6. Good computer application skill is a must.
