Responsibilities:
/ @, q! T4 g2 M4 E1. Plan, design and implement lab test/evaluation per the request of Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and salesman, etc. analyze experiment result, submit professional report.
0 @# n2 u6 L2 i! L. O& _2. Initiate and execute technical service projects to support market developing, be as project leader in stage-gate system to push project forward.
; M% Y' j& ~( i7 U2 ?# }1 w) `: l. `3. Provide technical support to key Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and maintain close relationship with customers.
8 H+ f" O( e2 k' n" T4 k4 k" ]4. Provide support and conduct technical training for sales team and clients as well.
5. Technical service via telephone and customers call log management.
- S, Y2 W4 R0 M- g' F" n5 p6. Keep abreast of worldwide technical programs and collaborate on joint programs.
7. Team work with Manufacturing technical& QC to solve quality complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
8. Translate customer's/market needs and champion the Company's product modifications and new product development.

1. BS major in Chemical or polymer science with 3+ years.
5 Y3 Q3 D1 \0 i9 N) Y: R2. Adhesive, rubber relative technical working experiences are preferred.
& P( {$ N! k# L9 `" c( _3. Good operation competence.
. c/ T: {: N% q# ~1 j' m/ W4. Good presentation skill and technical reporting capability.
* J- _( {5 K# k) H/ J5. Good verbal and written capability in English.
+ X3 J( E, ?& @  H* l6. Good computer application skill is a must.
