Responsibilities:! p( o9 }+ A: S2 R
1. Plan, design and implement lab test/evaluation per the request of Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and salesman, etc. analyze experiment result, submit professional report./ q4 j* J! \: i) v
2. Initiate and execute technical service projects to support market developing, be as project leader in stage-gate system to push project forward.7 t5 g- t! r2 t+ s- ] Y) w( P
3. Provide technical support to key Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and maintain close relationship with customers.
+ l& J9 e' F$ ]1 g4. Provide support and conduct technical training for sales team and clients as well.6 a, P* a# ]: q
5. Technical service via telephone and customers call log management.6 K7 l8 K( w8 F6 t, v
6. Keep abreast of worldwide technical programs and collaborate on joint programs. 6 S( g: [5 }. i) P1 I9 F
7. Team work with Manufacturing technical& QC to solve quality complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
0 E X8 z" H/ B; P& X3 f& c: a G( o8. Translate customer's/market needs and champion the Company's product modifications and new product development.

Requirements:6 D3 H1 B ?& Y. i
1. BS major in Chemical or polymer science with 3+ years." K4 R; P8 O2 o+ k* y; @
2. Adhesive, rubber relative technical working experiences are preferred.1 G/ v7 R- ^! J( x- q
3. Good operation competence.3 p( X- X$ X p) i7 y3 S
4. Good presentation skill and technical reporting capability.

6. Good computer application skill is a must.
