, S. S. |6 @4 X# g6 s! n/ _1 j5 V6 e1. Plan, design and implement lab test/evaluation per the request of Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and salesman, etc. analyze experiment result, submit professional report.
# [0 y1 E6 d/ }- e5 Y7 a) v6 N. C+ v2. Initiate and execute technical service projects to support market developing, be as project leader in stage-gate system to push project forward.
3. Provide technical support to key Chemlok and Metal Jacket customers and maintain close relationship with customers.
4. Provide support and conduct technical training for sales team and clients as well.
/ C$ S8 T3 ?+ T7 m1 ^5. Technical service via telephone and customers call log management.
( b7 O+ f/ X% h# |6. Keep abreast of worldwide technical programs and collaborate on joint programs.
7. Team work with Manufacturing technical& QC to solve quality complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
8. Translate customer's/market needs and champion the Company's product modifications and new product development.

6 {0 Z2 x6 `0 l. v. s+ ~Requirements:
6 M* V/ {/ G, R+ b! a0 x" J1. BS major in Chemical or polymer science with 3+ years.
6 n$ g  m2 j1 J' ~) q2. Adhesive, rubber relative technical working experiences are preferred.
3. Good operation competence.
4. Good presentation skill and technical reporting capability.
5. Good verbal and written capability in English.
$ v2 J. H# t2 N/ n" A: t7 m6. Good computer application skill is a must.
$ f7 K- K% n5 u8 t9 u! f% C! k2 W7. Good communication skill and team work.
