Dickten Masch buys Mexican facility

Nashotah, WI and Oakbrook, IL - Dickten Masch Plastics has acquired United Plastic’s Group’s plastics manufacturing facility in Monterrey, Mexico. The new company will be named DMP Monterrey, S. de R.L. de D.V. The addition of this state-of-the-art, 105,000-square-foot facility, located in one of Mexico’s most robust manufacturing regions, enables DMP to support regional manufacturing operations that are vital to the success of many of its customers. DMP and UPG officials expect a virtually seamless transition of operations, with DMP maintaining existing customers, employees, equipment and processes. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
