Evansville, IN - As a result of continued escalations in the costs of key raw materials, DSM Engineering Plastics will increase the price of Akulon polyamide polymer for use in fiber and extrusion effective for all orders shipped on or after August 15. The specific increase is as follows: Akulon polyamide 6 polymer - +$0.05 per pound and Akulon K222-D resin +$0.05 per pound.
