The Butadiene-alpha-methylstyrene (styrene) rubber is produced by emulsion copolymerization of butadiene and alpha-methylstyrene (styrene) with an emulsifier being a mixture of disproportioned rosin soaps and synthetic fatty acids. The AO-6 (polyguard) is used as an antioxidant.
