Essential Functions of Job:
* {1 l% u( G8 ~1.1.        New Recipe Processing – Set up and follow all new recipes through customer trials.
* ]6 F7 ^% ?& {( o( ~8 h6 d1.2.        Development Trials – Set up and follow all new recipes through customer trials.
% D7 p8 ?5 B* o. D/ F0 m- `1.3.        Recipe Corrective Actions – Follow up on and ensure execution of all corrective actions as outlined by the complaint procedure.
1.4.        Customer Visits/Audits/Issues – Assist as necessary.
1.5.        Work with Manufacturing, Quality Control associates on quality, efficiency, and productivity issues.
3 p* E7 l! B; S+ R9 c8 ^1.6.        Special Projects – Coordinate and manage special projects to assist manufacturing.
1.7.        Safety - Play an active role in the safety intervention program by monitoring unsafe acts and conditions that are observed while on production floor.
* ^( D7 w% s6 a5 H6 H1.8.        Lead Cross functional LEAN teams with the following objectives:
-Shortening changeover and delay times
-Reducing lead times
-Increased quality through standardization
-Increased profits through cost reduction
-5S applications and a safe work environment
$ @; l4 D# T1 d' }2 K* d) ?1.9.        Apply Six Sigma strategies to identify the following:            
-Critical customers (internal and external) and what is important to them.
-Facts that give an understanding of how the processes affects the finished product (FFU).
% T  {$ |* k( F: ?. M3 l. Y-Repetitive problem areas in the processes through parato analysis.
" ]  k1 L$ f$ e9 v* y-Classification of problems and key variables that impact consistency.
-Design of experiments to improve and control variables in the process
1.10.        Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required for Job:
! Z) `) L( D( z$ Y1.11.        BS/BA Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
1.12.        Prefer two (2) years experience in rubber industry/custom mixing.
1.13.        Good command of English.

英语有些专业化，不过，看着也不是不舒服。

哈哈，一看就知道你是用翻译软件翻译的，很多地方不准。例如Recipe在日常生活中可翻译成食谱，但在橡胶中应该翻译成配方。建议以后不要用此类翻译软件，拿个字典慢慢翻都比它好。
