% p8 x+ G" Z' ~- ]3 C3 h1.1.        New Recipe Processing – Set up and follow all new recipes through customer trials.
" G- d# \, D7 F: _1.2.        Development Trials – Set up and follow all new recipes through customer trials.
6 W1 v  W; O5 x$ x. b7 u) O/ [1 ?6 C1.3.        Recipe Corrective Actions – Follow up on and ensure execution of all corrective actions as outlined by the complaint procedure.
: j7 Z% m/ |! u% a" K( v1.4.        Customer Visits/Audits/Issues – Assist as necessary.
0 W4 C9 R2 E3 l4 {7 \7 s1.5.        Work with Manufacturing, Quality Control associates on quality, efficiency, and productivity issues.
1.6.        Special Projects – Coordinate and manage special projects to assist manufacturing.
1.7.        Safety - Play an active role in the safety intervention program by monitoring unsafe acts and conditions that are observed while on production floor.
1.8.        Lead Cross functional LEAN teams with the following objectives:

-Increased quality through standardization

-Classification of problems and key variables that impact consistency.
-Design of experiments to improve and control variables in the process

嗯，我本身不会英文。软件有些是翻译错了。

英语有些专业化，不过，看着也不是不舒服。

哈哈，一看就知道你是用翻译软件翻译的，很多地方不准。例如Recipe在日常生活中可翻译成食谱，但在橡胶中应该翻译成配方。建议以后不要用此类翻译软件，拿个字典慢慢翻都比它好。
