* R+ G H1 H% _! Y摘 要:测定了天然橡胶不同品种和不同凝固工艺制得的生胶门尼粘度值、混炼胶的硫化特性和硫化胶的力学性能,结果表明:不同品种的生胶门尼粘度值存在差异,不同凝固工艺的生胶门尼粘度值差异更为明显,自然凝固的生胶比乙酸凝固的门尼粘度值高;不同品种的混炼胶的硫化特性存在差异,不同凝固工艺混炼胶的硫化特性差异更加显著,自然凝固的混炼胶正硫化时间明显比乙酸凝固的短,最大转矩也比乙酸凝固的混炼胶大;不同品种的硫化胶的力学性能存在差异,不同凝固工艺的硫化胶的力学性能差异更为显著,自然凝固的硫化胶的综合力学性能优于乙酸凝固的硫化胶。[著者文摘] k, x$ D8 `6 |; G

The results indicate that the Mooney viscosities of raw rubber, the cure characteristics of compounds and the mechanical properties of vulcanizatcs from various clones are different. The differences in the Mooney viscosities of raw rubber as well as the cure characteristics of compounds and the mechanical properties of vulcanizates from different coagulation processes are even more obvious. The Mooney viscosity of raw natural rubber from natural coagulation is higher than that from acetic acid coagulation. The optimum cure time (t90) of the compound from natural coagulation is shorter than that of from acetic acid, while the maximum torque (MH) is greater than that of acetic acid coagulation. And the mechanical properties of vulcanizates from natural coagulation are better than those from acetic acid coagulation processes.[著者文摘]
