There are many reasons for wanting to move on to a job with another company. You might want more pay, more responsibility, better working condition or more interesting and meaningful work. you moght even want less responsbility and easier work. whenever you consider a job change try to make sure that the new job is in line with your career plan, personal needs and lifestyle.
2 @9 w! t7 X) aDefinitely change your job when your attitude has become so negative that your do not have the ability or will to try to change you attitude. when you have been unhappy and unproductive for some time you should resign.you have already seriously weekened all of your relationships, both at work and in your family life.
it is generally not advisable to quit your job before you have found another, you may use your lunchtime to make job inquiries. you may consider asking for some time off to look for work. some interview can be arranged after working hours or on saturdays.

Pls check your mistakes in grammar and phrase:

8 X7 T6 Z, Y+ U% H3 l1 H2. You can say "I agree with you" but you can never say " I agree with your opinion", or you can also say " I agree on you point" yet nobody will say " I agree on your opinion". Or you can say " I have the same opinion as yours" or " I have the same opinion".
