There is no denying that raw milk DOES in fact carry a microbial risk, particulaly with E coli, salmonella and campylobacter. To deny this is foolish. As far as the "theoretical rabies" transmission, there were indeed two cases documneted in the scientific paper I cited. And we both stated "theoretical". Tell me Gordon, would you consume raw milk or any other product from a rabies diseased cow? I doubt you would. Thanks for your comments.
