HallStar promotes Pace to COO

Chicago, IL - HallStar has promoted Louis M. Pace to the position of chief operating officer, where he will assume responsibility for operations, supply chain and continuous improvement, in addition to his existing sales, marketing and business development responsibilities. “Louis is a vital component of our growth effort,” said John Paro, HallStar chairman, president and CEO. His capabilities in developing and deploying strategy, and in driving organic and inorganic growth initiatives, have been invaluable. In his new role, Louis will continue to execute HallStar’s growth strategy on an even larger scale.” Pace joined HallStar in September 2010 as executive vice president, focused on developing and implementing global growth strategies. In December 2010, he was elected as an officer of the corporation; and in April 2011, HallStar’s sales and marketing functions began reporting through him.
