Harburg-Freudenberger acquires ZTS-LR NaJUS

Harburg-Freudenberger Maschinenbau GmbH, a prominent manufacturer of machines for the tire industry, has announced its acquisition of Slovakian company ZTS-LR NaJUS.
! R. P! e9 ~) xThe Dubnica based company has been acquired by Harburg-Freudenberger as it aims to strengthen its rubber mixing technology division. ZTS-LR manufactures specialist machinery with a focus on welded structures, mechanical processing and the assembly of complex components. The absorption into Harburg-Freudenberger, previously one of ZTS-LR’s biggest clients, is set to ‘secure the future availability of inexpensive assemblies and specialized equipment.’

We can also manufacture all core components at our own sites without a loss of expertise.”
