Dubai company to resurrect Armstrong brand

2 [# Z) J6 ]+ GDubai, United Arab Emirates - Pirelli Tyre SpA is allowing Zafco to use the previously mothballed Armstrong brand under license for five years. The agreement says that Zafco can acquire the brand from Pirelli within the five years. Zafco said that the Armstrong tires will be manufactured at factories commensurate with its internationally recognized high quality. Headquartered in the UAE, Zafco owns a state-of-the-art distribution center in Dubai’s Jebel Ali Free Zone and boasts the largest tire distribution center in the Middle East region. In addition, Zafco has one of the world’s biggest warehousing networks with a combined average inventory of more than one million tires. -
