Hankook to supply F3 Euro Series

The Formula 3 Euro Series has a new tire supplier for the 2012 season. Following Kumho’s decision to step down as sole supplier to the series, a role it has held since the conception of F3 Euro in 2003, the DTM support series has switched to fellow Korean manufacturer, Hankook.

Hankook is already the official DTM series partner and is keen to expand its motorsport portfolio. As a result, the forthcoming F3 season will see the brand supply its Ventus F200 tires in 180/55R13 (front) and 240/570R13 (rear) for dry events, whilst wet meetings will be supplied with Z206 (front) and Z207 (rear) tires in the same dimensions.
