; e7 C( B3 g8 [+ b6 }) [' IBotkins, OH - The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration placed Boomerang Rubber in the agency’s Severe Violator Enforcement Program after violations, which include two “willful” and five repeat violations. Boomerang has been cited for 31 health and safety violations and fined $265,160 after inspections following an accident in which an employee’s arm was amputated. - |
