3 ~/ ~- P+ k$ H: wIndianapolis, IN - Charlie Braun, president and chief engineer of Custom Rubber, Cleveland, OH, was recently installed as president of the Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers (ARPM). Braun succeeds Dave Macquire, Veyance Technologies, as only the association’s second president and will serve a two-year term through 2013. He previously served as the association’s vice president. “I am both excited and proud to become the president of the ARPM,” Braun said. “It is an honor to follow Dave Macquire and I intend to carry on his great work and lead this association into a new chapter.” Established in 2010, the Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers is managed by rubber business leaders and has more than 35 members. The association works to provide manufacturers with bottom line impacting programs, networking, and additional beneficial services.
