these limits are regarded as kept,if the polycyclic aromatics(PCA)extract is less than 3% by mass ,as measured by the institute of Petroleum stand IP346:---不明白这句话是什么意思?尤其是 3% by mass ,另外 IP346查了下是DMSO (二甲基亚砜萃取法 ) ,该方法测什么呀?小于3%PCA和上面两条含量要求有什么区别??
