中国汽车工程学会正式发布车用尿素溶液技术规范--研究人员做好准备了

近日,中国汽车工程学会正式发布《车用尿素溶液技术规范》,该规范由江苏可兰素汽车环保科技有限公司、天津悦泰石化科技有限公司共同起草,是我国第一份关于车用尿素溶液产品的汽车行业标准规范。
7 J; z  @. k, ^% U8 O3 Y# C5 p车用尿素溶液在欧洲称为AdBlue,在北美称为DEF,是符合欧四以上排放标准的重型柴油车必备的一项消耗品。今年7月1日,我国国Ⅳ排放标准将全面开始实行,专用于重型柴油车SCR发动机的氮氧化物还原剂——车用尿素溶液,也将随之而迎来市场需求的爆发式增长。
% ~) b- a( N$ H0 K作为国内最大的车用尿素溶液生产企业和国内最早通过德国汽车工业协会AdBlue认证的企业,龙蟠石化旗下的可兰素公司早在2009年就制定了国内首个车用尿素溶液产品的企业标准,因此,中国汽车工程学会在制定《车用尿素溶液技术规范》的过程中,特邀可兰素公司作为起草方,公司董事长石俊峰、总经理秦建及研发中心主任严军表都全程参与了这一技术规范的起草工作。% k6 |. X. G7 X- B# S+ [5 ?
目前我国国内车用尿素溶液市场良莠不齐,这与该产品缺乏汽车行业统一的技术标准有着很大的关系。《车用尿素溶液技术规范》的发布,彻底结束了中国市场上车用尿素溶液产品无技术规范可循的历史。该规范从车用尿素溶液的质量要求、试验方法、采样、验收、包装、储存及标志,适用于车用尿素溶液的生产和检验等方面进行了全面的阐述,为车用尿素行业的规范化以及与国际标准的全面接轨提供了科学的依据和重要的衡量标准。

Hose should really be made from an inert material, only a couple of manufacturers have developed a hose specifically for use with AdBlue. These are Elaflex and Parker ITR.% e' `. l8 R0 V8 a" k9 U  g5 n
It is possible to use hoses which are not specifically produced for use with AdBlue but special care must be taken to ensure that the hose material and specification is correct.0 F6 ^3 W* m! u1 ~- b* _4 u* v
Most hoses are plastic or rubber based. The most common problem with incorrect hose material selection is that many hoses are used which rely on Zinc and Calcium Carbonate as part of their production.
, ?$ n8 m1 I; F% ^Zinc is often used as a catalyst to cure plastic hoses as they are released from the mould, this element in time will leach into the AdBlue solution and bring the acceptable levels of Zinc above the 0.2mg/Kg limit as defined within DIN70070. Hoses of this nature must NEVER be used as a suction pipe which remains either immersed in AdBlue solution or holds the product for extended periods of time.: \+ [1 C5 Q6 M' n- l' L8 Q
Calcium Carbonate is the other common problem with hose manufacture, unlike Zinc, it is not used as part of the composition for the hose but as a lubricant to ensure that rubber based hoses are released from the mandrel as they are extruded. The Calcium Carbonate coats the inner wall of the hose and as with Zinc can leach into the AdBlue product over time. The limit for Calcium in the DIN70070 standard is 0.5mg/Kg.

Suitable but offer little flexibility during cold weather. Its production process must not include Zinc if the PVC pipe is to be used in permanent contact with the AdBlue solution.: n( {( W4 M3 Y/ a2 i
Viton
$ `7 f  e5 \! _6 F0 ^3 f, \5 iEntirely suitable but limited flexibility limits suitability as a delivery hose. Best suited to suction and feed hoses. One of the more expensive hoses to produce." g. r5 d3 |% V
EPDM6 {1 e1 A2 M# B* n* D! i: x
ONLY suitable if they are peroxide cured and do not contain Zinc as part of their manufacture.

8 ]- i4 Z( v+ b$ vPerfect but can prove expensive, they are mostly produced convoluted to offer higher levels of flexibility, they are often stainless over braided to offer protection,

( \! W. P& B/ x- mRarely suitable as they can degrade quickly in this application and often use both Zinc and Calcium carbonate as part of their production process.

; [. y# A( P1 y  _+ _* dMust be produced without using either Zinc or Calcium Carbonate as part of their production, offers little flexibility at low temperatures.% o- R7 T% T; G0 u6 `

Good suitability but one of the most expensive, best option for hose reel and forecourt applications.$ D& Z, j  s+ Z2 s, p- B

As with Viton, not really suitable for delivery hoses, as with other lined hoses care must be taken to use smooth bore hose tails instead of serrated tails so as to not damage the inner hose wall.

AdBlue™ is a registered trademark of the Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V. (VDA). (www.vda.de) for AUS32 (Aqueous Urea Solution 32%), it is also often referred to as Automotive Urea Solution.) ?& g1 g2 \# i( _) X
AdBlue is a solution consisting of high purity urea (typically crystalline) dissolved and suspended within de-ionised water. The ratio of the mix is approximately 32.5% urea and 67.5% de-ionised water.
, W* T- a4 R! _/ v# yAUS32 (AdBlue™) is used by modern diesel engines which are equipped with an SCR, AdBlue never comes into contact with the fuel, it is a common misconception that it is an additive. AdBlue is carried onboard the vehicle in a separate vessel to the fuel storage tank.  It is injected into the exhaust gases as a post combustion process through an SCR where it breaks harmful NOx (Nitrous Oxide) emissions down into mostly Nitrogen and Oxygen. The chemical reaction can be seen below.

A4 ^7 mThe use of AdBlue benefits everyone: it helps the environment by reducing the number of harmful emissions created by diesel engines and it helps fleet operators and drivers reduce fuel costs. It is likely that further savings will be made in the future as governments are anticipated to introduce new carbon taxes and penalties for individuals who do not take necessary action to reduce damage impacted on the environment. ; J) b3 O3 y  ^
Requirements for reduction in NOx emissions by diesel engines is influenced by Euro 4 and Euro 5 legislation. Initial targets for emission reduction are Public Transport and the Commercial Sector (HGV’s). Forthcoming legislation will influence smaller vehicles with diesel engines including LGV’s, Taxi’s and eventually privately owned cars in the public sector.
6 `) a* K" k4 J& D: o$ @, cTypically an SCR onboard a HGV or coach will use AUS32 in a constant 1:20 ratio against diesel fuel (approximately 5%). This however is reduced in smaller vehicles, for example the new Mercedes S class adopts a variable injector which controls the ratio of AdBlue into the SCR providing an even more economical solution to NOx reduction.8 h0 H5 U1 n9 |0 l5 D# [
SCR systems are sensitive to potential chemical impurities in the urea solution. In order to ensure that the SCR system continues to work effectively, care must be taken to ensure the purity of the catalyst and the reducing agent. Even small amounts of contaminant can severely impact the performance of the SCR system. Manufacturing quality control for AUS32 solutions are governed by DIN70070. A new ISO standard (ISO22241) is currently under preparation to ensure the correct selection of handling equipment.

AdBlue Dispensing Equipment & Filler Hose Applications
3 p. a: s/ c. u0 R: R1 lEPDM hoses are recognised as the optimum solution for transporting AdBlue fluid. The flexible hoses can be cut to the required length and easily clipped. The hoses are available in a large range of diameters (25mm to 100mm) and can be flexed to the required shape for varying connection points or avoiding potential tooling costs.
) H: Y' r5 s: \& A! b! iUnique Properties of EPDM  O" ~- \" U( V1 X8 ^: b& N
EPDM has outstanding resistance to heat, ozone and weather damage, its temperature rating can be increased to 150°C by moving from Sulphur to Peroxide curing formulations. This combined with its good resistance to steam and polar substances means that it has a long service life. EPDM is suitable for all Water Glycol solutions and the unique compounding of the polymer means it has exceptional resistance to electrochemical degradation where other elastomers start to brake down.: z- @2 b% a$ `
Enhanced Strength through Modern and Traditional Reinforcement* K7 h2 \# L4 C: P
To enhance performance, if the hose is required to work under negative pressure, either integral polyester can reinforce it or aramid braided yarn to give greater burst strength and still maintain high flexibility. For hoses subjected an even greater amount of negative pressure a high tensile steel wire helix can be inserted inside the hose to prevent the hose from collapsing under pressure.. R! For applications where high flexibility is necessary, Corrugated EPDM is a potential option.

尿素SCR系统,是柴油发动机里面的排气净化系统。里面用的尿素水溶液叫"AdBlue"。
( J3 P% h( h! w* j; s- m在欧洲2008年前开始所有的柴油卡车里面必须设置这系统。
