Natural rubber prices to average $5.10/kg in 2012

Singapore - Platts is reporting that Germany’s Deutsche Bank expects natural rubber prices to average $5/kg, $5.10/kg and $4.50/kg in 2011, 2012, 2013, respectively, the bank said in its latest quarterly commodities report published last week. The bank attributed the prices to tight supply, demand from China and the replacement tire market.
