摘 要:该文选择含羧基(-COOH)和腈基(-CN)的聚合物作为表面改性剂,研究了对纳米Si3N4粉体湿法改性工艺的影响因素,采用TGA对纳米Si3N4粉体改性效果进行了表征,确定了最佳改性时间(120min左右)、改性温度(60℃左右)和改性剂用量(5%左右)。把在此工艺条件下表面改性后的纳米Si3N4粉体加入橡胶中,当改性纳米Si3N4粉体的用量为生胶的0.5%(质量比)时,所制备的Si3N4/NBR复合材料的撕裂强度、拉伸强度、耐油性能均得到明显的提高。[著者文摘]

Ltd. , Ningguo 242300Abstract:This article choices polymers containing carboxyl(-COOH) and nitrile group (-CN) as surface treatment agent. A method by which the nano-Si3N4 was modified with this surface treatment agent was studied. The surface characterization of the modified Si3N4 was investigated by TGA. The suitable technical factors( time about 120 min, temperature about 60℃ and surface treatment agent dosage about 5% ) were obstained. Composites containing nano-Si3N4 powder and nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) were prepared by direct blending. The mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The results showed that, when nano-Si3N4 powder dosage was 0. 5 phr, the tensile strength, tear strength and bear oil capability of NBR were improved in evidence.[著者文摘]+ H+ j2 f" y! c) d6 t m* `
