REACH在汽车零部件行业怎么搞？

现在欧洲的企业需要我们填写附件的表格，如下是他们的邮件，有关REACH还是不太明白，不是说的都是原材料要预注册，评价，认可等等，象我们这种在产业链中段的生产厂家，应该怎样做呢？是选择一，还是二，三当然不能做了。

You currently supply ××Group with products (components) that are most likely manufactured using one or more of the substances or preparations affected by the REACH legislation described below.

EU Regulation no. 1907/2006 of December 18, 2006 (REACH Regulation), which entered into force June 1, 2007, requires that certain chemical substances must be registered. If this registration requirement is not met by the supplier of the substances, it is illegal to manufacture and distribute these substances in the EU (Art. 5: No Data – No Market).

( ?4 @: [7 @( ]; TYou, as a manufacturer of products, will be indirectly affected by this regulation. The limited availability of raw or auxiliary materials could severely affect the quality and safeguarding of supplied components. As a consequence you might not be allowed to deliver your products.

In order to safeguard the reliability of supplies and ensure consistent quality, it is essential that pre-registration is carried out for all substances that are found in raw and/or auxiliary materials.

We assume you are aware of the consequences of the REACH legislation and that you have already initiated adequate actions (pre-registration, registration, contacting of sub-suppliers) to secure your deliveries.

Hint: The Automotive Industry Guideline (AIG) on REACH, the second version (v2.0) of which was released in early 2008, should prove a helpful tool for planning. The latest version of the AIG is available to download free of charge at: www.acea.be/reach. The common duty of information and release of engineering changes will remain unaffected.
