氯丁橡胶生产废水的处理李日强[1] 李松桧[2][1]山西大学环境与资源学院,山西太原030006 [2]山西大学黄土高原研究所,山西太原030006摘 要:采用SBR-过滤-吸附对氯丁橡胶生产废水进行处理,研究了不同进水浓度和曝气量对SBR出水的影响以及无烟煤.石英砂双层滤料的过滤效果和活性炭与人造沸石的吸附效果。结果表明,采用SBR-无烟煤-石英砂双层滤料过滤-活性炭吸附工艺处理氯丁橡胶生产废水,当进水COD为1020mg/L左右时,出水COD降至40mg/L以下,浊度降至0.75NTU,色度降至0,出水可回用于生产。[著者文摘]

The results showed that process of SBR-anthracite and quartz sand double layers filter material filtration-activated carbon adsorption were effective and practical for neoprene wastewater treatment, by which the COD lowered from about 1020mg/L in influent water to 40mg/L in effluent water, the turbidity lowered to 0.75NTU and the chromaticity lowered to 0, and the effluent water can be recovered to production,. y0 b!
