! ]) ]8 ]6 N. @摘要：本文系统性介绍了汽车柴油发动机新型中冷器进出气硅胶管所具有的减震性好、防滑脱、易装配等特点，通过对产品结构设计、材料和成型工艺研究，成功开发出了完全能够代替传统结构的新型中冷器进出气硅胶管，经过对所研制胶管的全面性能测试、装配工艺和使用情况评价，新型胶管完全满足产品的技术性能和使用要求，达到VOLVO等国外同类产品的水平。

The Development and Application of Silicone Hoses with Prevented Slippage-Falling off and Excellent Shock Absorbability

, J8 W0 Q, v# N' t+ R4 J! uAbstract: The article systemically introduce the characteristic of new type silicone hoses for air intake and out of intercoolers. It has perfect shock absorbability, can prevent surging effectively and is very easy for installing. We developed a new type intercoolers air intake and out silicone hoses successfully, which was based on a long term study for the construction design, material and shaped. It can replace the tradition construction completely. The new type silicone hoses can meet all the technical requirements and operation conditions entirely through the strict across-the-board performance tests and evaluations for the installing process and using cases. It can reach Volvos’ or equal foreign products’ level.
