New York Jets (10 6): The Jets had a very good draft this year. They snagged USC running back Joe McKnight in the third round. McKnight is thought of as the next Reggie Bush but with less popularity, which is a good thing because McKnight will be able to focus on his game instead of his fame. The Jets drafted a hard nosed Boise State corner back Kyle Wilson in the first round who loves to play the press coverage. The Jets have five primetime games this season and will be opening up at home at their new stadium on Monday Night Football which will give them plenty of fire to start out the season. They also upgraded bythree this off season with the additions to LaDanian Tomlinson,mercurylanes.com/DesktopModules/HTML/Providers/adrstmas.html, Jason Taylor and Santonio Holmes.
7 B1 A% _- g0 H8 n1 [9 ^2 |: ?New England Patriots (9 7): The Patriots like the Jets also had a good draft this year. They stole Florida tight end Aaron Hernandez in the fourth round. Hernandez was Tim Tebow's favorite target this season with the absence of Percy Harvin. Hernandez was the best receiving TE inthis year's class. Welker's coming off a major injury and it's unknown how he'll perform this season, without him Tom Brady will feel uncomfortable passing this season like he did in the playoffs last year. There defense is way to old to be productive these days.
' A* G2 h' K9 X6 W5 l# NMiami Dolphins (9 7): Well I was going to say that the Dolphins were better than a 9 7 until now. They didn't have a good draft and they have a bit of a tough schedule. In the first round they draft Jared Odrick a defensive tackle out of Penn State,ippus.com/script/davis.html, a defensive tackle who doesn't have a solid postition. Maybe they'd do better if Pat White was under center. It's too bad he's not.

Without drafting a quarterback in the draft this year it will be difficult to find a presence under center. Spiller, their newlydrafted RB from Clemson. Spiller could possibly be the Offensive Rookie of the year this season. It will certainly be another interesting year in Buffalo this season.

Cromartie will hopefully return to his 2007 form when he intercepted 10 passes. The Revis/Cromartie/Wilson tandem at corner will be tough to throw on.

" T+ g& S$ J8 D$ k, n: v4 VTomlinson and Taylor remain to be seen. I think the Tomlinson experient is going to be a lot like the Favre one. The Jets didn learn from their mistakes there.
