Hankook Tire to supply Lincoln with UHPs

Wayne, NJ - Hankook Tire announced an agreement to supply the new Lincoln MKZ midsize sedan with its Ultra High Performance Ventus V12 evo tire in sizes 245/45ZR18 and 245/40ZR19. The 18” size will be used for vehicles built for both the United States and export markets, while the 19” size will find use on vehicles built for export markets. These fitments provide further penetration into the Lincoln brand for Hankook, which already supplies 19” and 20” OE tire fitments for the Lincoln MKT three-row crossover. This original equipment tire agreement marks a milestone for Hankook as it is the company’s first time supplying 18- and 19-inch UHP tires to a luxury North American sedan.
