Trelleborg inaugurates new facility in Brazil

; `& B* B9 C% D7 T" BMacaé, Brazil - Trelleborg officially inaugurated its newly constructed facility in Macaé, Brazil. The facility will develop, manufacture and supply high-performance polymer and syntactic foam-based solutions for the offshore industry, such as various buoyancy products. It will also feature the world’s largest hydrostatic pressure testing vessel for products used in deep-sea environments. Trelleborg has several production facilities in Brazil: in Macaé, Santana de Parnaíba and São José dos Campos. These facilities produce a wide range of Trelleborg’s specially manufactured polymer technology-based products and solutions, such as buoyancy products for offshore oil and gas, oil hoses, printing blankets and precision seals.
