Houston, TX - U.S. Zinc announced that the company has created and implemented new guidelines and tools to better ensure superior customer service. The new plan goes into effect immediately. The new guidelines and tools include a centralized email address for purchase orders; market value-based pricing; and standard packaging types. In addition, U.S. Zinc outlined fees for orders that are changed or cancelled within a certain timeframe, as well as ones that are not picked up or are claimed late. U.S. Zinc also standardized pricing for packaging and special handling. “Current market conditions are increasing demand for U.S. Zinc’s products and ancillary services,” said U.S. Zinc executive vice president, commercial, Tracy Baugh. “As always, our primary goal is superior customer service. Accordingly, we are changing our guidelines to improve our service, responsiveness, quality and value our customers expect from us.” |
