Tomkins undergoing $475 million note purchase

(referred to jointly as the “company”) announced that they have accepted for purchase $475 million aggregate principal amount of the company’s 9 percent Senior Secured Second Lien Notes Due 2018 tendered in its previously announced cash tender offer. As announced on July 5, 2012, the tender offer was oversubscribed with respect to the notes. The company therefore has accepted for purchase tendered notes on a prorated basis in the manner described in the offer to purchase and consent solicitation, dated as of June 21.
