His new responsibilities will be effective August 1, 2012. In this role, he will lead Dow’s geographic strategies in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, as well as continue to be responsible for corporate marketing and sales and commercial new business growth activities, including key new joint ventures and subsidiaries. -
