3 y$ |+ m2 @: K9 UAkron, OH - ExxonMobil Chemical plans to fully close its downtown Akron offices where 110 people now work as part of its plan announced earlier this week to relocate employees to a new facility in Houston, the Akron Beacon Journal reported. Employees of what was formerly called Advanced Elastomer Systems will move in phases starting in 2014, with full occupancy expected by 2015. The company did not say how many Akron employees will move to Texas.
