Rubber Division extends due date for abstract submissions

Akron, OH - The Rubber Division extended the due date for abstract submissions for the 182nd Technical Meeting being held during the International Rubber Expo at the Duke Energy Center, October 9-11, 2012, in Cincinnati, OH. Abstracts are now due by midnight on Friday, June 15. Speaker participation is encouraged and is greatly appreciated. Papers will be judged and awards presented for best paper and best paper honorable mention. Scheduled symposia include: Advances in materials for tires; contributed paper session; fillers; injection molding and extrusion; mechanics and modeling of rubber; natural rubber; new commercial developments; rubber aging and durability; rubber recycling and retreading; and vulcanization.
