Conover, NC – Armacell, a global manufacturer of foam insulation, announced that its Conover, NC, facility has been recognized for achieving the prestigious Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) from the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). SHARP recognizes small employers who operate an exemplary safety and health management system. To qualify for SHARP recognition, the Conover facility underwent a comprehensive audit, corrected all identified hazards and demonstrated that effective safety and health programs were in place.
