3M expanding fluoropolymer production

# S. s. X9 S7 |+ e& n8 WSt. Paul, MN - 3M will expand production of 3M Dyneon fluoropolymers at its Dyneon GmbH facility in Burgkirchen, Germany. The new expansion will significantly increase polymerization capacity of Dyneon melt processable fluoropolymers, such as PFA, FEP, ETFE and THV. “Our global customers require fluoropolymer technology advancements as industry trends evolve and quickly grow,” said Paula Hubbard, business manager, 3M Energy and Advanced Materials Division (EAMD). “We see the fast-paced changes occurring in these sectors that we serve worldwide and are committed to stay ahead of these ever-changing needs now and in the future.”
