Cleveland, OH - PolyOne declared a 25 percent increase to the quarterly cash dividend, approving a dividend of five cents ($0.05) per share on the common stock outstanding, to be paid on April 5, 2012, to stockholders of record on March 14, 2012. “With continued growth and improvement in the underlying mix of our earnings, we are pleased to announce an increased quarterly dividend for our shareholders,” said Stephen D. Newlin, chairman, president and chief executive officer, PolyOne.
